Lot prices at Catawba Bay start at "$49,900".  Upon closing on your lot, you have three (3) years to begin construction of your home.

The lot arrangement may be viewed on the plat page.  It is believed that the plat illustrates the final plat, but some changes and adjustments may occur as construction progresses.
