INTRODUCTION
There has always been something very special about Catawba Island. Something magic. Something
mystical.
A small projection of land jutting into Lake Erie barely five square miles in total area, Catawba Island is a jumping off point to the Lake Erie islands, Kelly's, the Bass Islands and Put-In-Bay, Rattlesnake, and others. It is also a summer hideaway for families and for couples from a wide area surrounding our idyllic island.
Catawba Bay is perhaps the last significant parcel of land left on the waters surrounding Catawba Island. One hundred
six acres of land with 165, affordable home sites planned for the community. All homes have a water view and setting. The
views include West Harbor, Kirk Channel, beautiful wetlands habitat areas, and created lakes and streams throughout the community.
Two marinas, with direct access through the Kirk Channel to West Harbor, and on to Lake Erie, are part of the planned complex.
Enjoy water sports at your backdoor in protected West Harbor, or motor leisurely through beautiful surrounding habitat, with eagles, egrets, blue heron, and more, en route to Lake Erie and the many activities within a short distance.
Quality of construction, and compatibility with the environment is the mission of Catawba Bay. You will fin d a variety of residential options, including single family, villas, and condominiums to choose from. All will blend with the beautiful surroundings of Catawba Bay.
The developers of
Catawba Bay are associated with other quality projects in the Catawba Island area. The
Marsh's Edge, and Waterford Way are examples of the quality and blend with nature you can expect at Catawba Bay. We invite you to tour all of our project sites.
Water front investment on Catawba Island has historically been a strong performer when compared to many alternative investments. In today's atmosphere of corporate and stock market distrust, investment in secure real estate appears to be an ever better alternative.
Let us show you our island. We know you will be impressed.
